May was a busy month that included travel to the Ohio Professional Fire Fighters Convention. Our thanks to the OAPFF for for the opportunity to attend and expand resources for the members they serve. This trip led to the creation of several new educational programs and a working relationship with the University of Cincinnati. It was great seeing long-time friends!

Our Angel Flight program was also in high gear with the arrangement of two flights; one utilizing our hotel program and corporate air partners and the other a complicated medivac transfer that updated our experience with negotiating insurance / hospital procedures to advocate for a member.
