Members of the FFCF joined the Pink Ribbon Tour for their stop in Virginia Beach, VA at Mt. Trashmore Park. A full day of breast cancer awareness and celebrating life was hosted by the Virginia Beach Fire Department and Vigilant Watch.

The event offered activities for the entire family that included health screening, resource information, and motivational speakers. Firefighter Dave Graybill and the Guardians of the Ribbon displayed the Pink Ribbon Tour fire equipment and sculptures. Breast cancer survivors and attendees were able to sign the traveling memorial in honor of those that have fought the battle.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our hosts for such a wonderful day, making great friends, and the assistance we received.  We can't wait to return next year!
